1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Cambium software products and related services (the "Services") offered through cambium.work. By subscribing to or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Services

Cambium is a modular family of software tools for urban tree and green-infrastructure management, provided on a subscription basis. Each module is a distinct subscription; you may subscribe to only those you need. The Services are delivered electronically over the internet. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

• Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout.
• Fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are exclusive of any taxes, duties or levies, which are your responsibility where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, until cancelled.
• By subscribing you authorise us (through our payment processor) to store your payment method and to charge the recurring fee for each renewal period.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the Services, reverse-engineering the software, or using the Services in breach of applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you upload.

6. Intellectual property and your data

We (and our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the Services and software. You retain all rights in the data you provide; you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Services. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Warranties and liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes to the Services or terms

We may update the Services and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the website or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
